You do. It's registered to you as the owner — we manage it on your behalf. If you ever move on, the domain moves with you.
You pay the registrar's price for the extension you pick, which the search shows before anything is ordered. A .com typically runs about $11 a year; other extensions vary. There's no markup on the registration itself.
Yes. We can either manage the DNS where it is, or transfer it in so everything lives in one place. A transfer needs an auth code from your current registrar and usually adds a year to the registration.
